In his last role as a start-up Head of People & Ops, Luke O’Mahoney was exposed to a whole new way of thinking and working.

While he initially joined to focus on People & Talent, he quickly found himself taking on responsibilities across People, Product, Brand, and Ops. It was a lot of spinning plates, but it also presented incredible opportunities to think beyond traditional "HR" and integrate learnings from other departments into the People function.
