AI vs Humans in HR:
How Much of HR’s Future Will Be Powered by AI?
Most HR leaders agree that technology has fundamentally improved the employee experience.
Generative AI is the hottest trend of all emerging technologies, with 70% of HRs using or planning to use the technology and 4 out of 10 HR leaders saying it's the most significant change to HR.
Still, FlexOS’ latest study found that 38% of HRs see AI as overhyped—with a similar amount naming ‘Adapting to AI and Automation’ as their most significant challenge.
But other, very human, challenges loom, too: HR leaders see effective mental health support, building resilient cultures, and workforce demographic shifts as the top challenges HR needs to tackle.
It raises the pressing question for 2025: How do we balance technology adoption with people-centric HR priorities?
Join our roundtable "Finding the Sweet Spot: AI vs Humans in HR" where the panel and invited HR leaders will tackle the core challenge of balancing the promise of technology with the realities of human needs.
The event includes breakout sessions for every participant to bring their own challenges to the table and exchange best practices with others.
